Entrepreneurship in the Solvay MBA

Solvay MBA mission is to develop talented professionals into internationally prized and responsible managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders. While most of the MBAers are not entrepreneurs, a vast majority of them consider creating a new venture as a desirable option for their future.

Since the Solvay MBA is a rather generalist program, entrepreneurship courses are elective. They include:

  1. Entrepreneurship
  2. Growth management of SMEs (taught by Prof. Daniel Spindler)
  3. Business planning (integrative course)

In each MBA course, we pay special attention to:

  • the development of an international perspective on entrepreneurship;
  • the relevance of entrepreneurial management style in very different kinds of organizations including social and large ones;
  • possible carreer move in the 'entrepreneurial finance' industry.
